Objective:

  • The student will be given practice guidelines for the scope and complexity of the problem, various treatment approaches.
  • Introduction to 12-step programs and discusses adolescents with distinctive treatment needs, such as those involved with juvenile justice system or homeless youth.
  • The student will be given, explanation of legal issues and medical management.
