Goal: The goal of this course is to assist participants in the methods and techniques of supervision. Defining the role of the relationship in supervision. Methods and techniques to help the supervisee grow and develop.

Objective:

• Participants will be able to discuss how to structure a case conference, form a working alliance with the supervisee and how to apply skills to work with the difficult supervisee.
• Participants will also be able to discuss some major problems in the supervisory relationship and how to resolve them.
