Goal: Introduce health care providers to issues specific to clients suffering from the effects of sexual abuse and incest.

Objective:

• Participants will be able to describe how to treat male and female survivors of this trauma.
• The student will be able to define sexual abuse and how the definition applies to a variety of situations.
• Participants will be able to discuss sexual boundary violations and healing from these violations.
