Goal: The goal of this course is to inform participants about what supervision is, what supervisors do and expose participants to various models of supervision.

Objective:

• Participants will be able to express the purpose of supervision and discuss the qualities of effective supervision.
• They will also be able to define the role of the supervisor and how to select a preferred style.
• Participants will also be able to discuss how to select a Model of Supervision.
